Registry fix added:
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Direct3D] 
"DirectDrawRenderer"="opengl" 
"UseGLSL"="enabled" 
"MaxVersionGL"=dword:00040005

Tried windows7/8.1/10 mode.
Issue persists.
