It's subtle, but certainly present - the mouse must be moved *slowly* in one direction (left or right are the easiest directions to test) for a while, and then it starts moving at about a third of its expected pace, whereas moving it in the opposite direction again is full-speed. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
