The PreInit.bat script has a line:

call BGT\Install\PreSetup.bat 2>&1|BGT\Install\mtee Setup-BGTDOS.DEBUG

The bug #15194 entry claims that "2>&1" does not work in wine's cmd.exe, so it
might be another issue here.
