1) openid should be used to subscribe to open software There's a separate bug for that.
2) Bugzilla might be translated to the English "Bugs search & report" By the same logic, "AppDB" might be expanded to "Application Database", but we don't want to: the name itself is well known.
3) that page might have a "Reporting a bug" in addition to "Before reporting a bug". This already exists: the "New" link.
