[Bug 40556] Skyshine's BEDLAM: Options menu cannot be closed

Apparently, this bug is something to do with how the game recognizes various
input devices such as mice, keyboards, and controllers. 

I am not sure why but after I disabled every xinput libbrary in winecfg the
Options menu was no longer an issue and I could play the game normally.

This bug can be closed with either "NOTOURBUG" or something else entirely.

This issue also seems to occur in some native Windows installs.
