[Bug 43797] wow64 support list

Wow64 stands for "Windows on Windows 64," i.e., running 32 bit apps/games on 64
bit Windows. Wine has that support already. You're right, there are still
problems in many cases. You should file separate bugs for each of those cases.
Meta-bugs are not helpful.
