[Bug 47382] Nero CoverDesigner doesn't install - hangs at "checking for the latest version"

winetricks -q "ie8 winxp" also works. Mind
https://github.com/Winetricks/winetricks/issues/1593 though.

What's interesting to me is, that it behaves different depending on how you run
it.

On Win7 VM: Shows an installer inside the web-installer
With hack: Asks where to download installer but fails to start it afterwards
With ie8: Auto downloads installer without asking and starts it properly
