I'm definitely seeing the problem with Pro Plus, and the patches that partially
fix bug 38838 when the Windows version is set to 7 don't help at all when it's
set to XP. However, as I mentioned in the other bug, my version is a
volume-licensed one that is affected by bug 30033, and that may be the reason
for the difference.
