I'm sorry, I probably didn't write clearly enough. The problem is already
solved for my machine by ee0e10be895fa4e2660917ff87013212fd547a94. I am using
the EGS-version of the game (although it is unlikely that this is due to
version differences).

@Ptr сould you check if the problem still present for this game and what
version are you using?
