[Bug 10433] Galactic civilizations 2 crashes on certain (and random) occations

Also i did some more research on d3dx9_27 galciv2 is only starting with the
native variant, if i am using the builtin, the game is crashing at startup with
the following error:

wine: Call from 0x79faa9 to unimplemented function
d3dx9_27.dll.D3DXGetImageInfoFromFileA, aborting
