When trying to update err:winediag:WSASocketW Failed to create a socket of type SOCK_RAW, this requires special permissions.
This is a different issue. It even happens with dotnet30 installed. I don't know if this the best way of fixing this, but if you run "sudo chown root:root .wine", then you would be able to run Wine with higher privileges "sudo wine [the name of the program". Unfortunately, when I run "WINEDEBUG=mscoree WINE_MONO_TRACE=x" Wine freezes as well, and it can't finish debugging. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
