Wine uses unicode.org collation table
(www.unicode.org/reports/tr10/allkeys.txt)
which has the following data:

0023  ; [*02A9.0020.0002.0023] # NUMBER SIGN
002E  ; [*0255.0020.0002.002E] # FULL STOP
