[Bug 25906] DC Universe Online: launcher doesn't work

The launcher starts fine for me when you set the attached registry and use
virtual desktop. There was one simple regression, so you need the very recent
Git version that contains its fix. No winetricks is needed. I think this bug
should be marked fixed and new one should be filled for virtual desktop
requirement.
