[Bug 13973] Can't move Steam window with alt + drag

Works perfectly here. Keep in mind Steam moves itself when it goes outside the
screen. The only problem I see is that dragging the Steam window with
[ALT]+mouse doesn't update it's coordinates? Or is this the bug with mouse
position not being synchronized between the processes?
