[Bug 38807] Starcraft Campaign Editor new map view lacks star indicator in menu

It's actually not necessary to create a new MDI child to observe this problem:
1. Make any change to the map so that the window title changes from
"Untitled.scm" to "Untitled.scm *"
2. Click Window and observe that the window is listed as "Untitled.scm *" on
Windows, but "Untitled.scm" on Wine
