I found the real problem is not that wine is unable to display CJK charactors
but display them really really badly, which I mean the display is a mess
(Please check out the attachment). 
The problem occurs under freetype  2.3.7 and fontconfig 2.6.0. wine (1.0.0 -
1.1.3).
