[Bug 23824] Starcraft II: Installer doesn't always launch

If you pass a '-' argument to the Installer.exe a window pops up saying:

 No installer data could be found. If this problem persists, please contact
Blizzard Technical Support.

For example:

matthew(a)laptop:/mnt/wisotool$ wine Installer.exe -help
fixme:process:GetLogicalProcessorInformation ((nil),0x33f5e4): stub
fixme:ole:OleCreateStaticFromData (not shown), stub!
