BA2 start log in desktop mode.

Installing and updating Blazing Angels 2 are OK. However, trying to start the
game fails:

1) In fullscreen mode I only get a black screen.

2) In desktop mode (800x600) I get a popup: "Cannot initialize 3D engine".

Other 3D games run fine.
