WINEDEBUG=+dxgi,+d3d wine-1.9.16-277-g60f8b51 with virtual desktop

Same log but with virtual desktop enabled and patch applied in case it makes
any difference. 

The crash and backtrace at the end are from the game's own crash reporter.
