Log of dotnet35sp1 failing during install

This is with a WIN64 prefix. This was working with 4.1.

Most likely related to bug 46638. And once again, either:
a) reverting 9839bb7691a1b1c57a4ca501d03825420c1609d7; or
b) removing Wow64DisableWow64FsRedirection

fixes this issue.
