[Bug 27028] Touchpad mouse cursor flickers when moved, jumps back towards original position when released

Okay, just retested with 1.3.33, the problem is not fixed, just the
synchronization time has been lowered so that it is much less noticeable and it
is not a problem for TBS games, but a BIG problem for RTSes. Retested on Frozen
Throne game.
