Download the Max Payne demo 2. Start the game and select tutorial on the menu 3. Use the scroll wheel The scroll wheel is used to switch weapons in the game. When used it acts as if it gets "stuck" for a few seconds and will switch to the next/previous weapon every frame, causing it to loop over the entire inventory very quickly.
