WINEDEBUG=+shell,+exec log, clicked on "Online Profile"

While testing the freely downloadable application
"Dragon Age: Character Generator", the feature "Online Profile" does not work.

Clicking on the "Online Profile" button triggers the winebrowser component,
that however reports the following error:
