Reinstalled Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos without an active internet connection
so it remained at v1.14. This version changes the screen resolution instead of
scaling and worked prefectly both in windowed and in OpenGL mode so I can
confirm that the issue I had is no longer present. I tested using wine version
2.21.
