[Bug 43080] When installing WineHQ vie apt, apt started uninstalling every package present on my system.

I have a similar situation when using Synaptic (I was notified about the
uninstallation first so I cancelled). However, when I use apt via terminal, it
only tells me that I have held broken packages and doesn't install anything.
