[Bug 58557] Autodesk Licensing Service fails to start

Actually, before reparse points, it doesn't even seem to install the service at
all. Is there a functional bug here other than the err:service message?

As for the message itself, the AdskLicensingService.exe process doesn't ever
seem to call StartServiceCtrlDispatcher(). I don't know if it does so on
Windows, but I don't see anything obvious in logs (including the logs in
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\AdskLicensingService\, which look about identical to
those on Windows.)
