Run in Windows -> Ok, script is disabled

Run in Wine -> Fail, script is enabled

Method is used to view & download webcontent, but not allowing scripts to run.

DLCTL_NO_SCRIPTS = $00000080

Works with native mshtml.dll + msls31.dll (from xp)
