[Bug 42998] OLE error with HeidiSQL trying to access Microsoft Sql Server

Taadaa!! Setting mtxdm to native appears to do the trick, even with existing
wine prefixes.

I'm not sure how to classify this bug report. Is this a bug, something missing
from Wine? I'm not in the dev loop, so don't really know what to do with this
bug report at this time.
