At the begining of the case I am able to use the " orders and chart review" button and enter orders. Once I go on to do any other function like do a physical exam, the Orders and chart review button becomes non-functional and even though I click on it. Nothing happens and I can not enter any orders. This is the most frustrating to me, because without being able to enter orders your patient "dies" and im unable to do the case accurately Thank you very much for your prompt response.
