The mouse movements in Mass Effect and Bioshock in both Fedora 16 x86 and Fedora 16 x86_64 (Xorg 1.11.4) work fine in wine 1.4rc5, 1.4rc6, and 1.4. I've been playing both and uploading the test results to AppDB.
