Application still not working from the menus which use env WINEPREFIX="/home/jim/.wine" wine "C:\Program Files\HMRC\Employer CD-ROM 2009\EmployerCDROM.exe" But right clicking on the .exe and selecting 'open with wine' now works. Haven't tested the stability, but is looking good so far.
