[Bug 38509] Cannot delete notes

Ok it seems that I was not doing it the right way, or there are 2 ways and one
doesn't work:
- What I did is click on "Manage Notes", then select one and click on "Delete".
here I get an error.
- What actually works is clicking on "Edit note" and then clicking on "Delete"
