I will run the regression test.
Just to clarify, in the regression test automation script, I see that ~/.wine is removed each time. Should regression testing always be done on a fresh prefix? If so, this will make it a lengthy process of compiling wine from git, installing Civ4 plus service packs, plus expansion packs, testing and seeing if it breaks, bisecting and then repeat.
It's not always necessary, but it doesn't hurt to do. In this case, where it's prohibitively long, I wouldn't do it, but be sure to try reverting the broken patch to make sure it's the cause.
