Yes, CreateTimerQueue is fine now. But the rest is exactly as described in "Comment #4 From Luke Hutchison".
I think now the installation has no problems. But we don't know how to activate the IME.
In Windows2000/XP, there is a keyboard layout selector in system tray which can switch IMEs. Here in wine, how can I switch IMEs?
