That Intel GPU doesn't support D3D10+ nor the corresponding OpenGL features we
need to support that on Linux.

If the laptop also has a dedicated GPU, they might have better luck with that.
Otherwise they can try to run the installer with LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1.
