To work around a drawing issue.
disable d2d1 dll.

Run the DiagramEditor.exe example
Select the "RoundBox" on screen
In Diagram Properties List, Click the ... of Outline Brush
This will show the Edit Brush dialog.
Change the Opacity Slider to something other then 0.
Click OK.

Reopen of the Edit Brush dialog.
The slider is back at zero, it should be the last saved value.
