Isn't cstorm11.exe the patch for the game? If that doesn't work, you should file a separate bug, not tack that issue on to this one.
It is. I will do that right now.
As mentioned in the other (now closed) report, I managed to unpack the patch file with DOSBOX. The patch executable works fine in Wine.
