[Bug 16600] Ventrilo starts having a long delay after some time

Now in 1.1.30 the problems seems very smoothen. After two 3 hour testing I
didn`t experience any of the "30 seconds delay" I used to have. But I still
after a while noticed 3 seconds delay, event if my ping was just 63ms.

Not very sure if this bug is closed, need more confirmations.
I will continue testing the next two weeks.
