Can someone check whether the delphitwain example program works on Windows? I
don't see how it could, based on the source code.

The library passes an application window to MSG_ENABLEDS, which doesn't pass
messages via MSG_PROCESSEVENT. Given that, I don't see how it can get the
MSG_XFERREADY notification.
