Numbers are how they are identified in the Display utility, see screen shot. The mouse works fine on every display except #3. On display #3 the application doesn't respond to mouse actions in any way, e.g. clicking in the window, selecting some text, clicking a button. I can use the mouse to move the window around on all monitors, even #3. This problem was not present in Ubuntu 22.04 and WINE 9.
