The last failure dates back to 2021-06-10. WineTest did not run for a while on my machine but there has been no failure since 2021-08-10 when it started running regularly again. There is no obvious patch in that interval so it's not cleat if the issue was fixed or if some upgrade or configuration change on the test machine eliminated the conditions that caused the issue.
