The header on the AppDB emails I've received say "MIME-Version: 1.0", and according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIME that's exactly what it should say to indicate that a message has been MIME-formatted. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
