I've send patches to wine-patches, but AJ rejected them.
I wanted to remove the code that causes jitter, but this code is there to fix
broken XINPUT2 behavior on some Xservers.
Removing the code would fix the problem for some of us, and cause jitter for
all users with broken XINPUT2.
I've no idea how to detect broken/correct XINPUT2 behaviour.
