I emailed the Mplus developers and asked a few questions about the licenses and possibility to let Wine developers have access to a licensed copy of Mplus.
I have a test case using four different versions of Mplus ready. Also, I got a permission from Mplus developers to give this test case that contains two full versions of Mplus for Wine developers if that helps in fixing the issue discussed in this bug report.
