May I ask why this is incompatible? can't we set something like
`WINESYSTEMDLW6432` in ntdll/unix/loader.c and load that in ntdll/loader.c if
it's PE32 running under WoW64?

For now, I maintain an alternative package with old multiarch support and a
different layout here:
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/mochaa/wine

I use this for yabridge's 32-bit bitbridge.
