[Bug 34238] Wine 1.6 Fails To Initialize Direct X in old Intel cards

ok I did as you said and applied the patch but nothing seems to have changed
and it says im still using 1.6 so either the patch did not work or it did not
install do I need to remove the current wine I have in order for the git to
work?
