This also occurs for me on Fedora 8 test3. RPM install of wine: wine-0.9.46-1.fc8 Also, in the wine configuration I have noticed if I untick 'Allow the window manager to control the windows' and tick 'Emulate a virtual desktop', then when the game runs inside a small 320x200 window, the keyboard works for the game so long as the mouse cursor is positioned _outside_ of the virtual desktop.
