Please clarify which steps need to be taken to reproduce the problem or it works for me.
Hi Wylda, the quickest way is to create a new folder in the disc layout, left-click this folder and hold down the mouse button, move the cursor to the right slightly (making sure it's still above the folder, a "not allowed" icon should appear), then release.
