[Bug 13259] Company Of Heroes : Game suffers from unbearably slow framerate.

This bug was related to bug 10631. The shader recompilation issues have been
fixed, so this bug does not longer exists. I tried Company of Heroes and there
are no problems with low framerate anymore.

Fixed.
