Background: Natspeak 12.5 installs without a problem in a 32-bit wine prefix. Natspeak 12.5 is a 32-bit program with 64-bit "handles" to make it operate on a Windows 64-bit OS. (I believe that 13.0 is still a 32-bit program.) Once you install Natspeak 12.5, it needs vcrun2010 to operate. Anyway, I tried installing installing Natspeak 13.0 into the 32-bit wine prefix where I had installed 12.5. Vcrun2010 was already installed.
